Available Service Contracts

Monthly Plans (Annual Contract - Billed Quarterly) Please contact us for client-specific pricing.

Service Plan 1

Includes:

5 hours remote user end support -4 hour response time during normal

business hours. -5 hour response time after hours.


5 hours monthly network maintenance (server maintenance,

weekly backup review, updates and patches, & network

security. -Performed off-hours

Service Plan 2

Includes:

9 hours user end support.  -2 hour response time during normal

business hours.  -4 hour response time after hours.

security.  -Performed off-hours.

Labor Charges after Included Contract Hours (Remote)

Standard (8am-7pm) After hours (7pm-8am)

Hourly labor - Remote work for contract clients billed after included time.

Labor Charges after Included Contract Hours (On-Site)

Standard (8am-7pm) After hours (7pm-8am)

Hourly labor - On-Site work for contract clients billed after included time.
